What's new: Barkio's spring 2025 update

This spring, Barkio brings you a set of thoughtful improvements that make caring for your dog even more seamless. Enjoy faster device pairing and smarter connection alerts, all designed to make monitoring your dog even easier and more reliable, whether you’re at home or away.

QR code pairing

We’ve simplified the way you connect your devices. With the new QR code pairing option, you can pair your Barkio devices instantly — just scan the code and you’re ready to go. It’s quick, secure, and user-friendly. If you're unable to use the QR code for any reason, you can still pair your devices manually using a numeric code.

Connection loss alerts

We understand that short connection drops aren’t always critical, but longer ones shouldn't be missed. That’s why we’ve added two helpful features to give you more control:

• Delay alerts: Avoid being disturbed by brief connection drops - just set a delay between 5 and 120 seconds.

• Repeat alerts: To make sure you don't miss any important alerts, you can turn on repeat. The app will then notify you every minute until the problem goes away.

Go to Settings → General → Sound alerts. Now set the Delay or Alert repeat.

Furbino: a training companion to Barkio

Barkio helps you stay connected. Furbino helps you train. This free iOS app includes a customizable dog clicker, adjustable whistle, preloaded and custom sounds, and a training dashboard — all in one simple tool. Designed to support your dog's learning and daily routine.
