Can't find a device to pair

Watch our step-by-step video guide if you can't find a device to pair.

First, check that both devices are connected to the same WiFi. Make sure you see the following screen on both devices. If you don't see this screen, open Menu on the main screen and select Pair new device.

Barkio Pairing

  1. On one device tap on the (123) icon in the upper right corner to display a pairing code
  2. On the second device tap on "Device not found?" and choose "Enter code"
  3. Enter the pairing code and then confirm the pairing request on the first device
