다른 가족 계정의 장치와 페어링하도록 선택하면 내 장치와 다른 가족 계정의 특정 장치만 페어링됩니다. 다른 가족 계정의 다른 장치에는 액세스할 수 없으며, 다른 가족 계정도 내 장치에 액세스할 수 없습니다.

이러한 유형의 페어링은 친구를 방문했을 때 친구의 디바이스를 사용하여 반려견을 모니터링하고 싶을 때 유용합니다.

바키오 프리미엄으로 업그레이드할 때, 바키오 계정을 생성하라는 메시지가 표시됩니다. 새 계정을 만들려면 가족 이름, 이메일 주소, 비밀번호가 필요합니다.

저희는 배터리 및 데이터 소비가 매우 중요하다는 것을 잘 알고 있으며, 전력 및 데이터 소비를 줄이기 위해 지속적으로 노력하고 있습니다.

그러나 배터리 소모는 전반적인 배터리 상태, 동영상 기능 사용 여부, 전방에서 도그 스테이션을 모니터링하고 있는지 여부 등 여러 가지 요인에 의해 영향을 받습니다. 

가능하면 도그 스테이션을 충전기에 꽂아 두는 것이 좋습니다. 사람 스테이션에서는 배터리 친화적인 백그라운드 모니터링 모드를 사용할 수 있습니다. 

마찬가지로 데이터 소비는 여러 요인에 의해 영향을 받습니다. 오디오 및 비디오 전송, 비디오 품질, 인터넷 연결 품질이 모두 데이터 사용량에 영향을 미칩니다. 비디오 기능을 사용하면 오디오만 사용할 때보다 데이터 소비량이 훨씬 높아집니다. 1시간의 오디오 모니터링에는 일반적으로 약 1~5MB(더 높을 수 있음)가 소비되며, 비디오 모니터링에는 일반적으로 분당 약 10MB(더 높을 수 있음)가 소비됩니다.

데이터 및 배터리 소모량

활동 로그의 구조는 사용자가 삭제하지 않는 한 당사 서버에 저장됩니다. 그러나 당사는 일정 기간이 지나면 오디오 녹음을 삭제합니다. 평가판에서는 최근 2번의 모니터링과 지난 3일간의 오디오 녹음을 보관하고 나머지는 삭제합니다. Barkio 프리미엄에서는 최근 10일 모니터링부터 최근 21일 동안의 오디오 녹음을 보관합니다.

개인정보 보호 및 보안

백그라운드에서 바키오를 사용하여 반려견에 대한 알림을 받을 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 실시간으로 모니터링을 볼 수 없거나 보고 싶지 않지만, 어떤 일이 발생하면 알림을 받고 싶을 때 유용합니다.

백그라운드 모니터링 중에는 비디오와 오디오가 전송되지 않으므로 Person Station 장치의 배터리를 절약하는 데 도움이 됩니다. 다른 오디오 앱(예: 음악 및 비디오 플레이어)도 사용할 수 있습니다. 

 
백그라운드 모드를 사용하려면 Person Station 기기에서 알림을 활성화해야 합니다. 앱을 처음 실행할 때 Barkio가 알림을 보낼 권한을 요청할 것입니다. 이전에 알림을 비활성화했다면, 기기의 설정에서 알림을 활성화할 수 있습니다. iOS와 Android는 알림 전송을 제어한다는 점에 유의하세요. iOS와 Android 모두 알림을 전달하기 위해 최선을 다하지만, 알림 전달을 100% 보장할 수는 없습니다.

백그라운드 모드란 무엇인가요?

활동 로그는 오디오 녹음이 각각의 타임스탬프에 할당된 과거 모니터링의 타임라인입니다. 활동 로그는 가족 계정의 모든 장치에서 동기화됩니다. 

메인 화면에서 시계 아이콘을 탭하여 모든 활동 로그에 액세스할 수 있습니다. 모니터링 중에 메뉴 → 활동 로그에서 또는 "마지막 소음 '시간' 전"을 탭하여 현재 활동 로그에 액세스할 수 있습니다.

활동 로그에 기록된 소음은 압축되어 있으므로 무음 간격이 짧아집니다. 예를 들어, 개가 10초 동안 시끄러웠지만 실제 소음은 7초에 불과했다면 오디오 파일은 7초 길이가 됩니다. 

활동 로그 구조, 타임스탬프 및 오디오 녹음은 바키오 서버에 저장됩니다. 지난 21일간의 활동 로그에 액세스할 수 있습니다. 이전 활동 로그는 자동으로 삭제됩니다.

동영상 화질을"높음"으로 전환하면 데이터 소비량이 훨씬 많아지고 디바이스의 프로세서가 부하를 받아 배터리가 더 많이 소모된다는 점에 유의하세요. 

제한된 데이터 요금제를 사용하는 경우(일반적으로 모바일 데이터를 사용할 때) 동영상 화질을"낮음"으로 설정하는 것이 좋습니다. '낮음' 화질은 최소 3MB/분 이상을 소모합니다.

You can choose from avatars of different breeds or upload your own photo of your furry friend. The chosen avatar or photo will show during monitoring, on the main screen, and in notifications.

Motion detection feature can spot your dog when moving around and notify you. The feature has three sensitivity levels that determine the level of motion the app should react to.
